About the event

Bats are amazing creatures but are in decline across the UK. In this session, we will help you construct your own bat nest box take home and provide more information about how you can help bats (and the insects they feed on) in your garden.

• Involves the use of hand tools so close adult supervision is required.
• Please purchase a ticket for each box you would like to build. For example, if you would like to build a single box as a family, you only need to purchase one ticket.
• Most suitable for ages 5+.
• Two time slots available: 10:30-11:30am OR 1:30-2:30pm. Pease scroll down this page to select your time slot.
• Please meet us at the Nene Wetlands visitor centre for the start time, please allow plenty of time for parking as it can get busy in the summer holidays.
