Connect with nature

Amy Lewis

Cold winter months stuck inside, lockdown with nowhere to go, a boring Sunday afternoon or a tough day at the office...  we all need a change of pace at times.

On this page, we have put together a range of resources you can use to do just that. Getting back in touch with nature and connecting with wildlife also has wellbeing and mental health benefits.

So get stuck in and be sure to let us know how you get on! You can find us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram @wildlifeBCN
