About the event

Led by expert Matthew Hayes, we will go on a guided walk to see and learn about different butterfly species at Trumpington Meadows, including the small blue, which has been making a comeback in Cambridgeshire. We will also see the butterfly banks, which have been built on the reserve to help protect species from climate change.

Suggested donation

£3.00 (cash only please) on the day. All proceeds go to support the work of the Wildlife Trust BCN in the local area.

Additional booking information

We will be sticking to the main footpaths but please do bring suitable footwear for a walk across a nature reserve reaching approximately 3km.
