About the event
Swifts are amazing birds, migrating 14,000 miles each year to reach their nesting sites in the UK. However, they are in decline. In this session, we will help you construct your own swift nest box take home and provide more information about how you can help swifts (and the insects they feed on) in your garden.
Includes an information booklet to take home.
Involves the use of hand tools so close adult supervision is required. Please purchase a ticket for each box you would like to build. For example, if you would like to build a single swift box as a family, you only need to purchase one ticket.
