We have new and exciting opportunities to join our Cambridgeshire Reserves Teams as a Volunteer Officer for 3 days per week for 9 to 12 months.

The Reserves Team in the Trust look after our suite of nature reserves, carrying out all the necessary management to keep our sites in top condition for wildlife and to help local people enjoy nature.

These structured placements are designed to offer a combination of hands-on experience alongside a team of knowledgeable staff as well as in-house training and formal accredited training e.g. certificates in chainsaw, brushcutter and first aid at work, plus free access to some of our Wildlife Training Workshops. 

The role is designed to help those wishing to gain a career in this field, and the success rate of Volunteer Officers going on to get paid employment in the sector is high.
