We focus on protecting the wonderfully rich natural life that is found across our towns and countryside ensuring that future generations living in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire will be able to enjoy the sense of wonder and well-being that nature offers.
CF Fundraising Ltd recruits new members on our behalf and is looking to grow its team. Working in pre-booked venues on either a full or part time basis, this is a unique opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the work of the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire Wildlife Trust.
Venues are booked by our internal Private Site Coordinators with consideration given to the time of year, weather, etc., and indoor venues are booked where required. We also attend a number of events throughout the year.
Key facts about the role
This is an employed and salaried role (not self-employed), with a starting salary of £12,800 based on a 24-hour week, working Friday to Sunday. We also offer an uncapped performance related bonus scheme, 4 weeks holiday plus Bank Holidays and a pension scheme. If you are achieving 12 donors per week your OTE will be around £40k (basic and commission), however the commission is uncapped.
This role really does make a difference. You will be the public face of the charity, seeking new members to support by way of regular monthly direct debit donations.
You will have excellent communication skills, be confident interacting with the public and able to work under your own initiative.
You will have:
- Fundraising or Direct Sales experience and be used working to targets.
- Be an effective, persuasive, passionate and engaging communicator able to create a rapport in a face-to-face situation.
- Have a positive attitude, high level of self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
- Enjoy the variety of travelling and working in a different environment each day.
- Have the flexibility to work weekends.
- You must have a full driving licence and your own vehicle.
All uniform, equipment and point of sale materials are provided - including an electronic tablet. Accommodation will be provided if staying away plus a contribution towards travel expenses will be paid.
