Rothschild Way Challenge 2018

Join us for our 4th Rothschild Way Challenge

When: Saturday 23rd June 2018

Where: starting at National Trust Wicken Fen and finishing at the iconic Rothschild Bungalow in Woodwalton Fen National Nature Reserve.

How far? 39-mile sponsored walk

Are you up for taking part in the challenge?

The Trust is looking for participants willing to take up the challenge to complete the walk in under 17 hours, and we encourage participants to try to raise £100 in sponsorship. The money will support work to create and manage wildlife habitats in the Great Fen. The walk helps us to celebrate our natural heritage and the route travels through some of our most iconic Cambridgeshire landscape.

You will start the day early with breakfast at National Trust Wicken Fen, the walk will take you along lovely riverside areas full of wildlife and you will finish at the beautiful Rothschild's Bungalow to collect your medal and certificate.

Most importantly, you will be raising money for one of the most amazing conservation projects in the country today.

If you can't manage the whole 39 miles then get a team together of two or four walkers and do a stage each.

You can secure a place with just £15 registration fee, or £35 for a team of four.

All participants will be sent our special Welcome Packs filled with route details, maps and fundraising ideas and training support will be provided in the lead up to the event
