Information provided on this form will be used to process your entry into the 2024 Photography Competition, to manage the use and accreditation of your images (see usage rights in the terms and conditions) and to contact you with news directly relating to this competition (e.g. the outcome and the launch of the calendar). With your permission, we will also let you know about next year's competition and send you regular updates about the wildlife in our three counties, ways to get closer to nature, project updates, events, volunteering opportunities and fundraising news.

Additional image use
The Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire (WTBCN) would like to create additional merchandise to sell using the winning images, such as prints, greeting cards and posters, in order to raise money for our charitable work.

Copyright will always remain with the photographer, and reasonable notice will be given by WTBCN of intended use. Your answer to this question will not affect the outcome of the competition.

Permission for additional uses
In addition to the uses outlined in the terms and conditions of entry, I give permission for my photograph/s, should it/they be chosen as a winning image, to be reproduced by WTBCN on products including, but not limited to, cards, prints and posters, to sell; and for money raised from said sales to be used by WTBCN to further its charitable aims.
I do not give permission for my photograph/s to be reproduced by WTBCN on any products in addition to the uses outlined in the terms and conditions.
