About the event

These weekly sessions for 4-11year olds are a great place for youngsters to explore, learn about nature, build confidence and gain new skills, all in the wonderful outdoor setting of the Nene Wetland's Education Area.

Led by our team of Forest School trained staff, sessions will include activities such as bug hunting, natural art, conservation projects, story time and tool use, all based around the changing seasons, as well as opportunities for self-exploration and free play.

Booking is essential and children must be accompanied by an adult (maximum of 2 children per adult). Parents are responsible for their own children.

The sessions will take place outside in all weathers so please ensure that you wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

Please meet us at the Nene Wetlands Visitor Centre (on the boardwalk, next to Bewitched Coffee). We'll then take a short walk to our Education Area.

Places on all events and activities must be booked and paid for in advance, unless otherwise stated. You will receive confirmation of your booking and further information (where applicable) by email.
