We are looking currently for an individual(s) who can cover the reception area between Monday and Thursdays between 9.00am and 1.00pm (or part thereof).
Join our team and play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment at The Manor House. As the first point of contact for visitors and staff, you'll handle phone calls and front door inquiries, process mail, receive parcels, and assist with assembling membership packs and scanning documents. You'll also support general computer-based tasks, help keep the reception area and meeting rooms clean and organised, and ensure retail stock is up to date. Additionally, you'll contribute to the smooth running of The Manor House by performing routine checks, such as lighting and fire alarm tests.
