Terms and Conditions

The Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire June 2024 Prize Draw to win a copy of: Seasons: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter edited by Melissa Harrison (Author, Editor), an anthology set of four books.

This offer is to encourage new subscribers to the Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire (WTBCN) e-newsletter, and so is only available to individuals signing up to the WTBCN e-newsletter for the first time.

When you sign up to receive the WTBCN e-newsletter between the 3rd June 2024 and 19th June 2024 you will automatically be entered into the WTBCN free prize draw to win a copy of: Seasons: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter edited by Melissa Harrison (Author, Editor), an anthology set of four books.

If you would prefer not to be entered into the free prize draw, please do let us know by emailing membership@wildlifebcn.org.

The competition opens on 3rd June 2024 at 5pm and closes on Wednesday 19th June 2024 at 12 Midnight. Submissions must be received by the closing date.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

The Wildlife Trust BCN reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time.

Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions govern The WTBCN June 2024 Prize Draw. The promotion organisers are the Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire (WTBCN). By accepting the Terms & Conditions of the promotion and subsequently submitting your sign-up form to receive our e-newsletter, you have entered into an agreement with the organisers.

1: Eligibility 

The competition is open to anyone who signs up to receive the WTBCN e-newsletter between 4th June 2024 and 19th June 2024 who has not done so previously. 

The organiser’s decision on eligibility is final. 

WTBCN reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw. 

2: How to Enter 

The prize draw opens on Monday 3rd June 2024 at 9am and closes on Wednesday 19th June 2024 at midnight. Names will automatically be entered into the draw upon completion of the e-newsletter sign-up form, providing that the WTBCN e-newsletter is not currently sent to the email address that has been submitted. 

 This prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. 

3: The Draw

A winner will be chosen by random draw within 7 Days of the prize draw ending.

The winner will be notified by email (using their contact consents provided) within 7 days of being chosen.

The winner will receive a copy of Seasons: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter edited by Melissa Harrison (Author, Editor), an anthology set of four books.

If a winner does not respond to WTBCN within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and WTBCN will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

The prize will be sent to the winner within 14 days of responding to WTBCN.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. WTBCN reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond WTBCN’s control makes it necessary to do so.

The decision of WTBCN regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

4: Data Protection

We value your privacy and promise to keep your personal details safe and secure, and we will never sell your data.

5: General

The information given in these Terms & Conditions is correct, but WTBCN reserves the right to change any of it without prior notice. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Any breach of these Terms by an entrant will void their entry. If a breach has occurred, but is discovered after the award of any prize, then the organisers may require the return of that prize.
