About the event
Interested in mindfulness? Love the natural world? Keen to get to know Trumpington Meadows more intimately this summer? Join Claire Thompson, author of Mindfulness and the Natural World and The Art of Mindful Birdwatching in collaboration with the Wildlife Trust for BCN to discover how being more mindful of nature can inspire us to bring forth a healthier, happier, more peaceful and sustainable world.

It combines mindfulness exercises, meditations, games, guided walks on the reserve & thought-provoking reflections exploring our relationship with the natural world.
