About the event

Join the Nature Girls to enjoy a social walk around Summer Leys nature reserve to see what wildlife we can spot and get to know like minded people. We'll then head to our private education area to enjoy some chill time in nature - we'll have some crafty bits available to do, a small campfire for marshmallow toasting and kelly kettle for hot drinks.

Who are the Nature Girls?

This is a group designed for all women (including trans, intersex and non-binary people) who love nature and the outdoors to meet like minded people, whilst enjoying time in nature. Most people attend these events alone, and is a great way to get chatting to some fellow nature lovers. Can't join us this time? We will be hosting monthly meetings throughout the year so keep your eyes peeled! We have also recently expanded to include events in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

You can also join our Facebook group here, to connect with others and hear about upcoming events. You can also join our Whatsapp Community - please email Megan.Owen@wildlifebcn.org if you'd like to join.

Please note places are non-refundable unless the event or activity is cancelled by the Trust. Click here for event terms and conditions.

CAR PARKING: Car parking charges apply for Summer Leys and can be paid for on the day (card payments only). Parking for members of the Wildlife Trust BCN is FREE - Members MUST register their vehicles to access free parking, for more information please visit here.
