The evening will be an hour-long talk by Prof Brian Eversham, Chief Executive of the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire (BCN) Wildlife Trust.

Main Seminar Room, New Museums Site. The David Attenborough Building entrance is up the two sets of steps in front of you and about 30m further on the right.

18.15 for tea and coffee. The event begins at 19:00 and ends at 20:00. The talk will begin with a very brief AGM.

About the event

Why restore? This talk will introduce the basic principles of restoring existing habitats and creating new ones. It will include practical examples of wetland, grassland, woodland and heathland restoration, and of creating diverse landscapes funded from development.

This is a hybrid event.  For in-person at the Main Seminar Room, New Museums Site, there is no need to book - please just turn up.
