About the event

What our wildlife might be like in 50 years’ time, if the Trust succeeds in its aims? A thought-provoking discussion of future habitats and the species which may live in them, especially in response to the warming climate

Chief Executive of the Wildlife Trust since 2009, and previously Conservation Director, Brian introduced landscape-scale conservation to this Trust and promoted it nationally, and has championed climate change adaptation across the Wildlife Trusts. Previously Head of Zoology and Research Co-ordinator at the national Biological Records Centre, and since 2018, a visiting professor in the School of Water, Energy and Environment at Cranfield University, where he teaches ecological restoration.
