About the event

With your sketchbook in hand, join us as we take a leisurely stroll around the beautiful Woodwalton Fen National Nature Reserve recording the landscape and wildlife. Taking a slow pace to mindfully notice our surroundings, we will discuss the heritage of the site and take a look at wildlife artists and poetry. A variety of mediums will be provided to experiment with across the four sessions. We can also provide the sketchbook or you can bring your own. It would be useful to bring a lightweight collapsible seat or a rug for when we stop to sketch.

Join us on all four Sketchbook Strolls, visiting Ramsey Heights, Woodwalton Fen, Upwood Meadows and New Decoy, or just choose an individual event.

A maximum of six individuals can book on to this event and you must maintain social distancing between yourselves at all times.

It is a good idea to bring with you a re-useable bottle pre-filled with water as we are sorry we will not be able to provide drinks here. Please be aware all litter/recycling will need to be taken home with you
