Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Flitwick Moor Nature Reserve on this guided forest bathing walk.
About the event
This gentle walk, which will follow current government guidelines, is a chance to slow down, calm our minds and make a connection with the natural world we're part of. As well as being introduced to how forest bathing can benefit the wellbeing of our bodies and minds, you will be guided in ways to help awaken the senses and tune in to this beautiful woodland site.

Please wear weather appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear to ensure you are comfortable. A bottle of water and something to sit on (e.g. small blanket, collapsible stool - I can provide a kneeler if necessary) are also advised.
