These terms and conditions govern The Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire September 2020 Prize Draw. The competition organisers are the Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire [WTBCN]. By accepting the Terms & Conditions of the competition and subsequently submitting your membership application form, you have entered into an agreement with the organisers.
The organisers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
This offer is to encourage new members to The Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire and so is only available to new joiners; not to existing or renewing members.
When you join Wildlife Trust BCN between the 1st September 2020 and the 30th September you will automatically be entered into our free prize draw to win a copy of Autumn: An Anthology for the Changing Seasons
If you would prefer NOT to be entered in to the free prize draw, please do let us know by emailing email@example.com.
The competition opens on Tuesday 1st September 2020 at 9am and closes on Wednesday 30th September 2020 at 12 Midnight. Submissions must be received by the closing date.
Only one entry per membership is permitted.
The Wildlife Trust BCN reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time.
The competition is open to anyone who joins as a member of Wildlife Trust BCN during the month of September 2020.
This offer applies to membership by Direct Debit only.
This offer is only applicable for new joiners to The Wildlife Trust BCN and not partnering Trusts.
The organiser’s decision on eligibility is final.
If you are under the age of 18 your parent or guardian must give their consent for you to be entered into the prize draw.
The Wildlife Trust BCN reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or competition.
2: How to Enter
The competition opens on Tuesday 1st September 2020 at 9am and closes on Wednesday 30th September 2020 at 12 Midnight. New members will automatically be entered in to the draw upon completion of a membership application by Direct Debit.
This prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary
3: The Draw
A winner will be chosen by random draw within 7 Days of the prize draw ending.
The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using their contact consents provided) within 7 days of being chosen.
The winner will receive a copy of Autumn: An Anthology for the Changing Seasons by Melissa Harrison (Author, Editor), The Wildlife Trusts (Author)
If a winner does not respond to The Wildlife Trust BCN within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and The Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prize will be sent to the winner within 14 days of responding to The Wildlife Trust BCN
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Wildlife Trust BCN reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond The Wildlife Trust BCN’s control makes it necessary to do so.
The decision of The Wildlife Trust BCN regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

We value your privacy and promise to keep your personal details safe and secure, and we will never sell your data.
The information given in these Terms & Conditions is correct, but The Wildlife Trust BCN reserves the right to change any of it without prior notice. By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Any breach of these Terms by an entrant will void their entry. If a breach has occurred, but is discovered after the award of any prize, then the organisers may require the return of that prize.
