Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions govern The Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire December 2021 Advent Calendar Prize Draw. The competition organisers are the Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire [WTBCN]. By accepting the Terms & Conditions of the competition, you have entered into an agreement with the organisers.

The organisers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.

This offer is to encourage individual to complete this feedback survey: https://forms.office.com/r/QTfFBayWjD. It is open to both members and non-members of the Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire. 

If you would prefer NOT to be entered in to the free prize draw, please do not enter your email address when completing the survey.

The competition opens on Sunday 12th December 2021 at 9am and closes on Sunday 19th December 2021 at 12 Midnight. Submissions must be received by the closing date.

Only one entry per household is permitted.

The Wildlife Trust BCN reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time.

1 Eligibility

The competition is open to anyone.

The organiser’s decision on eligibility is final.

You should be over the age of 18 to complete the survey and enter into the prize draw.  

The Wildlife Trust BCN reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or competition.

2: How to Enter

The competition opens on Sunday 12th December 2021 at 9am and closes on Sunday 19th December 2021 at 12 Midnight. To enter, include your email address in the survey when submitting your responses. Only completed and submitted surveys will be entered. 

This prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary

3: The Draw

A winner will be chosen by random draw within 7 Days of the prize draw ending.

The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of being chosen.

The winner will receive a copy of Winter: An Anthology for the Changing Seasons by Melissa Harrison (Author, Editor), The Wildlife Trusts (Author)

If a winner does not respond to The Wildlife Trust BCN within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and The Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

The prize will be sent to the winner within 14 days of responding to The Wildlife Trust BCN

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Wildlife Trust BCN reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond The Wildlife Trust BCN’s control makes it necessary to do so.

The decision of The Wildlife Trust BCN regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

4: Data Protection

We value your privacy and promise to keep your personal details safe and secure, and we will never sell your data.

The email addresses collected will be used solely for the purposes of entering participants into the prize draw and communicating with the winner.

5: General

The information given in these Terms & Conditions is correct, but The Wildlife Trust BCN reserves the right to change any of it without prior notice. By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Any breach of these Terms by an entrant will void their entry. If a breach has occurred, but is discovered after the award of any prize, then the organisers may require the return of that prize.
