These terms and conditions govern The Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire (WTBCN), Adopt a Species Half Price Membership Offer: The organisers are WTBCN. By accepting the Terms & Conditions of the promotion and subsequently submitting your membership application form, you have entered into an agreement with the organisers. 

The organisers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice and WTBCN reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time. 

This offer is to encourage new members to WTBCN and so is only available to new joiners; not to existing members or renewing members.  

No current members and/or members that joined our Trust for half price as part of any half price promotion over the last 12 months can do so again using this promotion. 

When you join WTBCN following the purchase or receipt of a WTBCN Adopt a Species Gift Box, you will qualify for a 50% reduction on the standard membership subscription rate for 12 months. 

1: Eligibility

The offer is open to anyone who purchases or receives a WTBCN Adopt a Species Gift Box. 

This offer applies to membership by online application or using the promotional Join Us leaflet contained within the box and payment method is by Direct Debit only. 

The 50% discount applies to a WTBCN Membership for Standard Individual, Joint or Family subscriptions (excludes Gift or Watch Memberships). Half Price definition - 50% off our Trust’s usual minimum subscription rate. 

The offer is valid for 12 months from the date of the application. 

After the initial half price year has ended, the subscription rate will automatically upgrade to the minimum membership rate at that time for the membership scheme selected. 

This offer is only applicable for new joiners to WTBCN and not Trusts from the wider movement. 

The organiser’s decision on eligibility is final. 

If you are under the age of 18 your parent or guardian must give their consent for you to make an application.   

WTBCN reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotion. 

2: How to Apply

Access to the offer is via our website using https://www.wildlifebcn.org/join/membership-form-50-adopt-highland-cow or using the promotional Join Us leaflet contained within the Adopt a Species gift box.

Offer applies for Direct Debit payment method only. 

The decision of WTBCN regarding any aspect of the offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

4: Data Protection

We value your privacy and promise to keep your personal details safe and secure, and we will never sell your data.

5: General

The information given in these Terms & Conditions is correct, but WTBCN reserves the right to change any of it without prior notice. By applying for the offer, applicants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Any breach of these Terms by an entrant will void their entry. If a breach has occurred, but is discovered after the promotion, then the organisers may require the removal of the offer.
