About the event

Participants attending this workshop will learn what a chalk stream is, and about the wildlife associated with chalk streams, in the Cambs area.

There will be discussion on why our chalk streams are not pristine, and ideas for monitoring.  Examples will be given on river restoration and what the Catchment Partnership is currently doing, and aiming for, in the River Cam catchment area. The day will also include a visit to a local chalk stream.
