About the event
Join the Wildlife Trust BCN for an online interactive workshop, delivered by The Resilience Project, for young people aged 16 to 25. This Resilience Rucksack workshop will explore the themes of climate anxiety, wellbeing and resilience.
The Resilience Project was created to enable other young people concerned about climate to find their peace, power and their people.
The Resilience Project, use the analogy of the rucksack to highlight that resilience isn’t binary. It is not that you either are resilient or you are not, but that everyone is and can be resilient.
In the first part of this session, we will empty our ‘rucksacks’ of the things that weigh us down. Then, we will spend the next half refilling our resilience rucksacks with things that nourish us and build our capacity.
Please note:
Parents/guardians will be asked to fill out a consent form, for any participants under the age of 18, to include relevant concerns/issues to help us ensure participants get the most out of the session. All attendees will recieve a copy of our Code of Conduct to read and sign in advance of the event.
Bookings are not confirmed until we have received your completed paperwork and a consent form.
This event will be delivered online and we will send a joining link by email after your booking is confirmed.
- Please refer to our event terms and conditions webpage for details on refunds and cancellations, as well as general information about how we run our events.
