Pollination Celebration - Big Wild Weekend!
About the event
Bees, bugs, beetles – all of these insects help keep our meadows gorgeous and our plates full of food thanks to pollination. Come and discover the huge variety of animals that call this nature reserve home and see what you can do to help them.
We’ll be using sweep nets to get a closer look, there will be some great arts and crafts, dressing up, and plenty of food and drink and we'll be celebrating the middle weekend of 30 Days Wild. Why not bring a picnic!
Can't make it to the event? Join in online! We'll be dressing up in something stripy like a bee (or a hoverfly, or a wasp...) and sharing our shenanigans on social media #30DaysWild all weekend. Lets get a buzzzz going for the Big Wild Weekend!
