Wild Work Days

Enquire today!

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Wildlife Trust BCN!

We offer unique team building days for companies who want to get involved and make a difference for local wildlife and community spaces.

Wild Work Days are tailor made days that incorporate practical conservation, team building, communication skills and wellbeing into one day. Whether your group want a hands on task supporting the habitat management of our reserves or an educational day learning how to survey particular species and produce useful data for conservation science, we have something to suit everyone as long as you’re willing to get stuck in and enjoy the great outdoors.

A Wildlife Trust expert will be on hand throughout the day to answer questions and give your team a unique insight into our work and the difference you can make for local wildlife. Taking part in a Wild Work Day is a great way to promote team work, boost morale and make a positive contribution to the environment and the local community. You don't even need any previous experience!

So why not escape the office and spend the day surrounded by stunning scenery, learning new skills, and most importantly having fun!

Here's what some of our previous Wild Work Day attendees had to say:

'I found it such a valuable experience and want to thank Nicky and Nathan for sharing the context of what we were helping with and what they were looking to achieve. I’ll definitely be recommending this to my team – it was so great to be able to spend time away from my desk with colleagues in the open air'

- Sarah

'As ever, a really enjoyable (and hard working) day of teamwork, we’ll be back for sure'

- Curtis

'The day was a really good reminder of the importance of stepping away from the desk and distractions, getting to know colleagues and immersing yourself in nature. Nicky and Martin’s knowledge was really interesting and helped me learn about land management, not an area I often think about!'

- Laura
