Activity: plant something that's wildlife friendly!

It doesn't matter how much space you have - anything from a small pot on a windowsill to a big garden will work - any bug-friendly plant will attract wildlife. Flowers, herbs, fruits and vegetables... all of them are fun to watch as they grow.

Here are some suggestions to help you.

You can read about Fiona's experience planting a wildflower meadow and see how it turned out as well.

Our help wildlife at home section has a wide range of instruction pages on how to grow things, from how to plant a tree and how to grow a wild patch to how to grow a wildlife-friendly vegetable garden.
