There are lots of opportunities for schools and community groups to learn more about local wildlife and get involved with nature in our area

We had education and community teams working on various projects across our three counties - facilitating people of all ages to get involved with wildlife and nature conservation in their local area.

We also run environmental education centres in Cambridgeshire at The Great Fen and at Paxton Pits.

In addition, dedicated staff deliver education and community activities in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and across Peterborough.

All three counties offer volunteering opportunities, Wildlife Watch groups for children and young people, and community events.

To find out more please explore our schools and community pages on the left. You can also contact us

To cover some of the costs of delivering our education and community activities we charge for some of our services.  No profit is made and the work is heavily subsidised by donations from our supporters.  Please see our pricing policy for charges, contact your local environmental education centre or get in touch with your local education and community team member.

Watch Alistair Rose, our Education and Community Officer and friends talk about the benefits of learning outdoors.
