These terms and conditions govern The Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire February 2023 free calendar and Wildflower seed offer (WTBCN). The promotion organisers are the Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire (WTBCN). By accepting the Terms & Conditions of the promotion and subsequently submitting your membership application form, you have entered into an agreement with the organisers.

The organisers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.

This offer is to encourage new members to WTBCN and so is only available to new joiners; not to existing or renewing members.

When you join WTBCN from the 1st February to the 28th February 2023, the first 50 new members will automatically receive a 2023 WTBCN calendar. When the calendar stock has gone, all new members will automatically receive a pack of wildflower seeds as a free gift with their membership pack.  

The promotion opens on Wednesday 1st February 2023 at 9am and closes on Tuesday 28^th February 2023 at 12 Midnight. Submissions must be received by the closing date.

Only one entry per membership is permitted.

The WTBCN reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time.

1 Eligibility

The competition is open to anyone who joins as a member of WTBCN during Wednesday 1st February 2023 and Tuesday 28^th February 2023.

This offer applies to online membership applications by Direct Debit only.

This offer is only applicable for new joiners to WTBCN and not partnering Trusts.

The organiser’s decision on eligibility is final.

WTBCN reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the offer.

The free gift offer applies to a WTBCN Membership for Standard Individual, Joint or Family subscriptions (excludes Gift or Child only Memberships).

2: How to Enter

The promotion opens Wednesday 1st February 2023 at 9am and closes on Tuesday 28^th February 2023 at 12 Midnight. New members will automatically receive either a calendar or a pack of seeds dependant on stock levels upon completion of an online membership application by Direct Debit.

3: The Promotion

The free gift will be sent to the new member together with their welcome pack within 3-5 working days from the membership application date.

The free gift is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The WTBCN reserves the right to replace the free gift with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond WTBCN’s control makes it necessary to do so.

The decision of WTBCN regarding any aspect of the offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
