Volunteer Conservation Officer x2 (Cambridgeshire)

Location: Great Cambourne, Cambridgeshire

The Volunteer Conservation Officer role is a part-time 6-9 month placement with the Wider Countryside team which provides experience in a range of conservation work including surveys, habitat management, and producing reports

This is an exciting voluntary placement, ideal for a recent graduate or someone wishing to begin a career in conservation. The Volunteer Conservation Officers will gain knowledge and experience in a wide range of conservation work. This will provide a solid base for a career in nature conservation.

Working with the Wider Countryside Team staff, the successful candidates will assist with the practical tasks of species and habitat surveys, habitat management and community engagement. 

Hours Offered: part-time

It is envisaged that the successful candidates will commit to three days per week.
