Winner of the Spring 2012 corporate photography competition by Laura Tegg
Scenes of spring with our Corporate Members Photography Competition
Staff from our corporate members have excelled in this spring’s Wildlife at Work photography competition. Employees of our corporate supporters were asked to submit images under three categories – Wildlife Trust Reserves, Life on the Water and Nature in Springtime.
Congratulations to Laura Tegg from Neusentis (Pfizer) at MEPC Granta Park who won with her beautiful image of spring flowers, titled Old and New.
She was chosen as the overall winner by a panel of judges from our corporate members – thank you to our judges, Stephen Bourne from Cambridge University Press, Peter Johnson from Kier and Mark Tyrrell from Weetabix.
They said the winning picture “screams Spring” and appreciated the “contrast between the starkness of the natural tree and the colour of the flowers”.
They also choose three wonderful runner-up images:
- Gransden Bluebells by Jill Boys from Method Creative
- Conversing on the Water by Laura Tegg
- Seven Spots by Michael Gittos from TWI Ltd (at MEPC Granta Park)
Congratulations to all our winners. Laura wins a day with Andrew James, editor-in-chief at Practical Photography, and a subscription to the magazine.
